Processing Times
Please allow 2-4 business days for Oyem Foods to pick, pack, prepare your order and deliver to you. While your order is being processed, we will contact you to arrange delivery to your home, office or location of your choice. Deliveries are only made in Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding areas. If you live outside of Winnipeg, please contact us directly to confirm shipping or delivery BEFORE ordering.
Delivery will take 2-4 business days from the time of order. Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday, no deliveries on Sundays. Delivery is FREE for orders over $90, anywhere in Winnipeg, Manitoba. If the order is under $90, a charge of $6.50 will be applied to cover the cost of delivery. Charges will be seen at checkout, if applicable.
Return Policy
It’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Upon delivery, we ask that you look through all your items to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Should there be any item you are not satisfied with, and you have already paid for the item, we will take the item back with us and issue a refund for that item.
We accept returns for unopened, non-parishable (no fresh or frozen) items – for any reason – within 7 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please email us at oyemfoods@gmail.com with your order number and the item you are looking to return. An Oyem Foods customer service representative will contact you to complete the process.
Refund
We offer full refunds on any non-parishable (no fresh or frozen), unopened, unexpired items in good condition within 7 days of purchase. All we ask is you provide a receipt, confirmation number, or other proof of purchase date. Any discounts used, except for shipping discounts, will be subtracted from the refund.
Refunds can only be made to the credit card or account used for the purchase. Once we receive your item and return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If payments were made by e-transfer or cash, we will refund you in that matter.
